BOLIVAR, Mo. -- The Fort Hays State University men's soccer team picked up a 2-1 MIAA win Monday at Southwest Baptist (Mo.) University. The game was a makeup of a rainout from earlier in the season.

The win pushes the Tigers to 8-2-1 overall and 3-1-1 in the MIAA. SBU remained winless at 0-13, 0-4 in the MIAA.

FHSU scored first just 2 minutes into the match. Diego Cabral scored on the assist from Ricardo Yeverino. SBU tied it up before half, but in the 64th minute, Yeverino scored the go-ahead and eventual winner on the assist from David Lucio.

The Tigers are at home for four straight matches, starting Friday at 7 p.m. against Upper Iowa.
