Tiger soccer sees season end

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. -- The Fort Hays State University men's soccer team couldn't overcome a four-goal deficit Fiday in the third round of the NCAA Division II Tournament.
Host Northeastern State University scored four goals in 22 minutes to take a 4-0 lead on the Tigers, en route to a 6-3 victory, advancing to doay's fourth round.
The losses ended the Tigers' season at 11-6-2.
Daniel Peralta scored on back-to-back goals, his 11th and 12th of the season, but the Tigers never got closer than 4-2.
Kent Freund made eight saves in goal for Fort Hays to fall to 6-4-2 on the season.
