Hays High wrestling eighth in Colby

COLBY -- The Hays High School wrestling team finished eighth Friday and Saturday at the Colby Dual Tournament.

Hays High was 3-2 in pool play on the weekend, then finished 1-1 in the placing rounds.

In pool play, the Indians defeated Oakley 52-18, but then fell to Valley Center 48-15 and Goodland 42-31. The Indians rebounded by defeating Concordia 57-24 and St. Francis 47-19.
