HHS swimmers make finals

Three individuals came away with personal-best times.
Blake Mathews placed 15th in the preliminary round in the 200 free in a time of 1 minutes, 59.55 seconds. He also set a personal best in the 100 free in 53.38 seconds. Derek Drees set a personal best in the 50, finishing eighth in the prelims in 23.44, while Nathan Adams set a personal record in the 100 breaststroke to qualify 16th out of the prelims with a time of 1:09.19.
The 200 medley relay also finished 16th in the prelim round. The team of Adams, Drees, Trever Rohn and Connor Hess finished in 1:51.53. All three individuals and the relay team will compete in Saturday's finals.
