Items on the agenda include an executive session for the superintendent's evaluation and action on the assistant superintendents' contracts.

In February 2012, the board voted to extend his contract for a year, making it a three-year contract, The board voted against extending Deputy Superintendent Richard Cain's and Assistant Superintendent of Special Services Mark Hauptman's contracts for an additional year. Without the extension, their contracts are for two years.
The board approved a 2.5 percent raise in August for administrators and other district staff. Cain was exempted from the raise after receiving a salary adjustment to reflect his title of deputy superintendent.
His prior title was assistant superintendent for finance.
Central office administrators' salaries for the 2012 school year are: Roth, $133,000; Cain, $101,393; and Hauptman, $112,797.
