The property at 2004 Vine referenced in a story on page A3 in Monday's Hays Daily News is not owned by Landmark Realty.

Landmark Realty only leases the building and does not owe back taxes on the property.

The taxes are owed by building owner Sheila Thompson and Lazy A Inc., according the Ellis County Treasurer's office.

The Hays Daily News apologizes for any misunderstanding.
