Driver crashes car into Oakley house

OAKLEY -- An Oakley woman was taken to the hospital for possible injuries after crashing into a house, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
Debra S. Campbell, 55, Oakley, was driving a 2007 Dodge Durango northbound in an alley at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday in Oakley, when she attempted a left turn onto North Eighth Street and lost control.
She then turned southbound on Hoeb Avenue, crossed to the west side of the street and ran into a home in the 700 block of Hoeb.
Campbell was taken to Logan County Hospital to be treated for possible injuries, the KHP reported.
