Author to speak at Hays library

Delbert Harvey, author of "It's All About Choice", will be the guest speaker at DSNWK's annual art exhibition "Art Abilities ... Natural Talents 4" at the Hays Public Library.

Harvey will speak at 2 p.m. Nov. 24 in library's gallery.

"Art Abilities ... Natural Talents 4" is a show featuring artwork from a variety of artists who have developmental disabilities. The show will be on display until Nov. 30.
