KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Coming off a 6-5 season in 2009, the Fort Hays State University football team was picked to finish seventh out of 10 teams in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association coaches' poll and the MIAA media poll.
The poll was announced at MIAA Media Day in Kansas City on Monday. Fort Hays, which finished 4-5 in MIAA play a year ago, has seven home contests this season. Below are both preseason polls. For more on this story, see Tuesday's HDN.
