Students present Civil War projects

4/18/2013

In conjunction with the study of the Civil War and to aid in interpreting the war's events, the eighth-graders at Hays Middle School are creating a Civil War archive.

Projects have been chosen from an array of topics scanning everything from events to people to political strategies. Each eighth-grader will be a contributor, and projects will be on display in the Hays Middle School gym, 201 W. 29th, from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 26. Viewers are asked to enter through the main doors at the front of the building. All are invited to tour the archive.
