Tickets for the fall musical productions at both local high schools go on sale Monday.

Students at Thomas More Prep-Marian High School will perform "Young Frankenstein" the first week of November, and Hays High School's 2013 production, "All Shook Up," will follow in mid-November.

"Young Frankenstein" -- based on the 1974 comedy film of the same name written by Mel Brooks and Gene Wilder -- is scheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 1 and 2 and 2 p.m. Nov. 3 in the TMP auditorium, recently renamed Dreiling Theater.

Tickets are $7 and can be reserved by calling the school from 8 to 4 p.m. at (785) 625-6577.

"All Shook Up" is set for 7:30 p.m. Nov. 14, 15 and 16 and at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 17, all at 12th Street Auditorium, 323 W. 12th.

The musical features Elvis Presley songs from the mid 1950s.

Tickets can be purchased either by calling the school or at the ticket office at the 12th Street Auditorium.

The school office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at (785) 623-2600.

The box office hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays. In addition, the box office will be open Saturday afternoon on Nov. 9 from 1 to 4 p.m.
