Stockton Old Tyme Christmas is Friday

STOCKTON -- The Stockton Area Chamber of Commerce will host Stockton's Old Tyme Christmas on Friday.

The event will feature a 5:30 p.m. downtown Christmas parade, followed by a soup supper at city hall, which is a fundraiser for Sigma Phi ESA. There will be free horse-drawn wagon rides from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Ballard Autos/DNA Transmission, 524 Main. Santa Claus can be visited in the 400 block of Main.

There also will be prize drawings and free showings of "Aliens in the Attic" at 2 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at Nova Theatre, sponsored by Knights of Columbus.
