Wasinger names team leaders

Hays City Commissioner Troy Hickman has been named to the Kansans for Wasinger leadership team by Rob Wasinger, a candidate for the 1st District seat in the House of Representatives.
Also named to the team from northwest Kansas was John Foster, Sharon Spring, director of economic development for Wallace County. John L. Francis, Great Bend, president of Francis Financial Services and member of the Fort Hays State University board of trustees also was named.
Wasinger is a Hays native and a former staffer to then-State Senate Majority Leader Jerry Moran, Gov. Bill Graves. He most recently served as chief-of-staff to U.S. Sen. Sam Brownback.
