Ellis County Commissioners meet Monday at 6:45 p.m. at the Ellis County Courthouse.

Agenda items include:

* Request to release funds for the Rural Water District 1C KANSTEP grant application

* Selection of construction engineer for road safety project

* Discussion of grant process for paving 230th Avenue between Interstate 70 exit 157 and Feedlot Road

* Public works exhaust system

* Springhill Radio Tower lease -- discussion of including antenna and equipment for amateur radio systems

* Voice Products Service maintenance contract for voice recording equipment located in the public safety communications center

* Consideration of priority-based budgeting program
