NORTON -- A Densmore man was killed in Norton County on Sunday morning when the car he was driving overturned, ejecting him.

The Kansas Highway Patrol identified the man as Glen G. Walters, 34, Densmore. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident and then taken to the Norton County Hospital.

The accident was reported at 5 p.m. Sunday on Kansas Highway 9, about 5 miles west of Logan.

Walters' vehicle apparently was westbound on the highway when it left the road, going into the south ditch. It then struck a driveway entrance, becoming airborne, the KHP reported.

The vehicle rolled at least a couple of time before coming to rest back on the highway, facing the southeast.
