City to offer information on upcoming improvements

The city of Hays will have a public information meeting in regards to planned waterline and street construction improvements planned for the next several months.

Areas affected by the work are Pine Street from 17th to 26th, 20th Street from Pine to Vine, Milner Street from 19th to 20th, and Ash Street from 14th to 17th.

The meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the city commission meeting room in City Hall, 1507 Main.

Representatives from the city and the construction contractor will be present.
