At a USD 489 school board meeting this week, Hayden David, an HHS junior, presented information to the board regarding a Pepsi grant HHS is in the running to receive. There are 729 projects vying for Pepsi "Refresh Everything" grants. Hays High School Build F.A.S.T. has applied for a $250,000 grant to build a new weight facility.

Selection of grant recipients will be determined by which project garners the most votes. The top two in each category will receive an award.

David explained the voting process to the board. To vote, click here.

New votes can be cast each day, so individuals can vote multiple times. Voting will continue for a month.
