TONGANOXIE, Kan. (AP) -- For a second time, Tonganoxie Mayor Mike Vestal has admitted that he sent a pornographic e-mail from a computer he uses for the city's answering service.

At a Tonganoxie City Council meeting Monday night, Mayor Mike Vestal apologized after admitting that he sent the e-mail.

The Lawrence Journal-World reports that Vestal said after the meeting that the message was sent to the brother of council member Paula Crook.

Crook said she was with her brother, Tonganoxie police officer Danny Ruff, when he received the message July 14 at an Olathe bingo parlor. She says she considered the 14 nude photos of the same woman hard-core pornography.

In September 2007, Vestal admitted sending another obscene e-mail from his dispatch computer.
