Missing woman found dead outside Kansas hospital

MERRIAM, Kan. (AP) -- Police have identified a frozen body found in a car outside a northeast Kansas hospital as that of a 40-year-old woman missing for more than three weeks.
Angela Hook disappeared after leaving her home in Kansas City, Kan., on Dec. 5 to do some Christmas shopping.
Her body was found Tuesday afternoon inside a car in the parking lot of Shawnee Mission Medical Center, located in the Johnson County town of Merriam. The car was covered with snow, indicating it had been there for some time.
The cause of death has not been released.
Hook's family says she worked two jobs and had a 17-year-old daughter.
