Meade man conviced of molestation

MEADE, Kan. (AP) -- A Meade County jury has convicted a 58-year-old man on child molestation charges.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said on its Web site Wednesday that Donald Ray Dean, of Meade, was found guilty of five counts related to the sexual abuse of an 11-year-old girl.

Sentencing has not been scheduled.
