DREILING; JOYCE ANN BOOR, f/k/a JOYCE ANN DREILING; and the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors and assigns of such of the defendants as may be deceased; the unknown spouses of the defendants; the unknown officers, successors, trustees, creditors and assigns of such defendants as are existing, dissolved or dormant corporations, limited liability companies or other legal entities; the unknown executors, administrators, trustees, creditors, successors and assigns of such defendants as are, or were, partners or in partnership; and the unknown guardians, conservators and trustees of such of the defendants as are minors or are in anywise under legal disability,

NOTICE OF SUIT

THE STATE OF KANSAS to the defendants above named and designated and all other persons who are, or may be, concerned:

You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the District Court of Ellis County, Kansas, by John O. Farmer, Inc., praying that the following named defendants are the owners of the minerals in and under the following described real estate, to-wit:

The Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Twelve (12) South, Range Sixteen (16) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas;

in the proportions set opposite their respective names, to-wit:

Joseph A. Hess, Dennis L. Bieker, Roy F. Brungardt and Donald F. Hoffman, Trustees of the Leo J. Dreiling Revocable Trust B dated May 11, 19811/2;

Marian R. Dreiling1/4;

Leo F. Dreiling III and Michaela R. Dreiling, husband and wife  1/12;

Robert Pfeifer and Kathryn Mitchell, Trustees of the Joyce Ann Dreiling Trust Agreement dated November 12, 1974     1/12;

First National Bank of Hutchinson, Trustee of the June M. Goodman Living Trust dated January 8, 1997, and any amendments thereto          1/12;

and that the plaintiff, John O. Farmer, Inc., be adjudged to be the owner of valid and subsisting oil and gas leases covering the above described real estate; and praying that the Court determine all adverse estates or interests which may be claimed in said minerals and oil and gas leases, and that the title of the above named defendants be quieted against all defendants, and that you and all persons claiming by, through or under you be forever barred and excluded from any title, estate, or interest in, or lien upon, or claim against said minerals and oil and gas leases, and you are hereby required to plead to said petition on or before the 7th day of November, 2016, in said Court at the courthouse in the city of Hays, Ellis County, Kansas.
