The State of Kansas to All Persons Concerned:

You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in this court by Mark W. Wann, as a brother of David K. Wann, deceased, praying for the Determination of Descent of all his interest in the following described real estate, situated in Ellis County, Kansas:

The Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) South, Range Thirteen (13) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas

The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) South, Range Thirteen (13) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas

The Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) South, Range Thirteen (13) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas

The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W/2 SE/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) South, Range Thirteen (13) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas

and an undivided interest in and to oil, gas and other minerals in and under the following described real estate:

The Southwest Quarter of Section One (1), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Twenty (20) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas

The East Half of the East Half (E/2 E/2) of Section Ten (10), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Twenty (20) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas

All of Section Eleven (11), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Twenty (20) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas

and all other property, real and personal, or interests therein, owned by the decedent at the time of death; and you are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 18th day of October, 2016 at 1:30 P.M. of said day, in said court in the City of Hays, in Ellis County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard.

Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.
