NOTICE OF HEARING

The State Of Kansas To All Persons Concerned:

You are hereby notified that a Petition for Final Settlement was filed in this Court on September 23, 2016 by Cynthia C. Steeples and Ward D. Craig, the Co-Administrators of the Estate of Roland Gene Craig deceased, praying for a final settlement of the estate, approval of the acts, proceedings and accounts as Administrators, allowance for fees and expenses, and determination of the heirs entitled to the estate and the distribution thereof. The Estate includes the following real property:

i. A 1/32nd of 7/8 Working Interest in H J Mai Lease located in the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Fourteen (14) West of the 6th P.M., Russell Co., KS;

ii. A 1/32nd of 7/8 Working Interest in Schmidt-Mai Lease located in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Fourteen (14) West of the 6th P.M., Russell Co., KS;

iii. A 1/32nd Working Interest in Nuss SWD Lease located in the

Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Five (5), Township Sixteen (16) South, Range Fourteen (14) West of the 6th P.M., Barton Co., KS;

iv. An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to the severed minerals in, to and under the East Half of the West Half of the West Half (E/2 W/2 W/2) of Section Thirty-two (32), and the West Half (W/2) less the West 600’ of Section Twenty-nine (29), both in Township Eleven (11) South, Range Fifteen (15), West of the 6th P.M., Russell Co., KS;

v. A .00625000 Royalty Interest in and to the Dodge A Lease located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW/4 NW/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Eleven (11) South, Range Fifteen (15) West of the 6th P.M., Russell Co., KS;

vi. A .00625000 Royalty Interest in and to the Dodge B Lease located in the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E/2 SW/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Eleven (11) South, Range Fifteen (15) West of the 6th P.M., Russell Co., KS

vii. A .00312500 Royalty Interest in and to the Dodge C A Lease located in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W/2 SW/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Eleven (11) South, Range Fifteen (15) West of the 6th P.M., Russell Co., KS.

You are hereby required to file your written defenses to the final settlement of the Estate on or before October 24, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in this Court in the City of Hays, in Ellis County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
