PUBLIC NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Notice is hereby given that under, and by virtue of, an Order of Sale issued to me by the District Court of Ellis County, Kansas in the above-entitled action, I will, on the 7th day of February, 2017, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on said date, on the First Floor of the Ellis County Courthouse, 105 West 12th Street, Hays, Kansas, offer at public sale, and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, all of the following described real estate, to wit:

Tract 1:

The East Sixty Acres (E 60A) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Twelve (12) South, Range Seventeen (17) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas

Tract 2:

The Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Thirty-four (34), Township Eleven (11), Range Eighteen (18) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACTS:

The above-described real estate is taken as the property of Defendants, and is directed by

said Order of Sale to be sold, and will be sold without appraisement, to satisfy said Order of Sale, subject, however, to a three (3) month redemption period.
