You are hereby notified that a Petition for Partition has been filed in the District Court of Ellis County Kansas by Rick M. Wolf and Betty A. Wolf praying for partition of the real estate located in Ellis County, Kansas, described as follows, to-wit:

The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W/2 NE/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Thirteen (13), Range Seventeen (17) West of the 6th P.M., Ellis County, Kansas

and you are hereby required to plead to the Petition for Partition on or before December 6, 2016, in said court, at the Ellis County Courthouse, 107 W 12th Street, Hays, Kansas 67601. If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
