The Hays Area Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Wednesday at KS Kollections, 2308 Vine.

The business offers custom web design, online promotions and a now, a small retail outlet focusing on an eclectic inventory of Kansas-made products.
