* The Hays Chapter of AARP will hold its monthly meeting in the Heritage Room at Hadley Center Bakery Shop, 230 East Eighth. Luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m., followed by business meeting and program at noon. The program for March will be Hays Fire Chief Gary Brown, who will discuss services provided for residents and how to keep safe. Members and non-members are invited to attend.
