FHSU wins three District CASE awards

Fort Hays State University won recognition for three out of four entries presented at the recent District VI Council for Advancement and Support of Education awards ceremony in St. Louis. The CASE District VI Conference is an annual gathering for advancement professionals in the eight-state region of Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.

Mary Ridgway, university art director and assistant licensing manager, received a silver award for her Kansas Wetlands grand opening invitation design in the special publications division. Ridgway also received a gold award for her Kansas Wetlands logo design in the single logo division.

Michael Miller, Chanute sophomore, received a silver award for his music department Young Artist Competition poster in the poster -- four or more colors division. Miller is a graphic design student in the University Relations Office at FHSU.
