Craig Plotner, folk musician, will be in the Hays Public Library adult department gallery at 2 p.m. today.

Plotner is best known for his musical menu, from which participants choose songs that will bring back memories no matter your age. Repertoire includes songs from artists such as Johnny Cash, John Denver and the Everly Brothers.

Join us in the Kansas Room for Kansas Cooks. This month, we're trying different recipes for punch and mocktails. For the event, we ask each participant to bring a batch of punch (or mocktail) to serve to the group, and a copy of the recipe to share. We will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Kansas Room. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Hays Public Library youth services department is hosting its annual Bunny Storytime. This exciting storytime has it all -- fun, stories and prizes. Best of all, a special guest will appear. Bunny Storytime is at 6:30 p.m. Thursday on the second floor of the library.

Hays Public Library young adults will host the fourth annual Disco Eggstravaganza. Infamous for disco, karaoke, limbo and cupcakes, the party is sure to be a delight. Disco Eggstravaganza is at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the Trish Davies Room on the second floor of the library.
