Carrot Cake Mix

Carrot Cake Mix (to Package)

2 cups granulated sugar
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Combine and blend ingredients.
Store in an airtight bag or container.

Make tag and attach.

Carrot Cake Mix (to Make)

Carrot cake mix
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups grated carrots
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple

Place carrot cake mix in large mixing bowl.
Make a well in the center of the mix and add
the oil, eggs, carrots and pineapple. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a prepared 13- x 9-inch cake pan and
bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a
wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean.
