Fresh Rhubarb Cobbler
4 cups fresh rhubarb, sliced
1 cup sugar
1 package strawberry gelatin
1/2 package white or yellow cake mix
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup melted margarine
• Put fresh rhubarb in greased 9 x 13 pan
• Mix sugar and gelatin and sprinkle over rhubarb
• Add cake mix (dry) and pour cold water over all. Pour melted margarine over top.
• Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
• After cobbler has baked about 30 minutes top with 3 tablespoons sugar to make a crispy top.
