Aunt Neva's Apple Salad

6 to 8 medium size crisp red apples  Produce
1 cup finely diced celery  Produce
1 to 1 ½ cups seedless red or green grapes cut in half  Produce
1 to 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows  - 5

Dressing
¼ cup sugar  -11
3 T salad dressing - 10     

Quarter and core the apples.  Cut into bite size chunks.  Treat apples to prevent browning.  Add celery, grapes and marshmallows.

Sprinkle with about ¼ cup sugar or sugar substitute and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Mix with enough salad dressing (about 3 heaping tablespoons) salad dressing to lightly cover ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate.  Makes a large salad that should serve 10-12.
