Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Loaded Mashed Potatoes

2  lb. potatoes, peeled
1/3 c. milk
1⁄2 cup bacon bits
1⁄2 c. sour cream
1 1⁄2 c. cheddar cheese
2 T. butter
1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

• Cook and mash potatoes. Add
milk, sour cream, butter, salt, and
pepper. Beat on medium speed
until fluffy. Stir in bacon bits, 1 c.
of the shredded cheese, and the
onions.
• Transfer to a greased baking dish.
Top with remaining 1⁄2 c. shredded
cheese.
• Bake uncovered at 350°
for 30 min.
