Tuna Tomato Casserole
21⁄2 cups water
2 cups dry macaroni
1 can tuna in water (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 cups shredded low-fat cheddar
1. Microwave water in a 2 quart microwave safe container until it boils.
2. Add macaroni to water and cook on full power until done, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Drain and rinse macaroni, and pour into a 2 quart microwave safe container.
4. Stir in tuna, tomatoes and cheese.
5. Microwave until heated through, about 5 minutes.
