White Chocolate Cherry Cookie Mix (to Package)

Layer all ingredients in a quart jar.

1 cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup sugar
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
½ cup dried cherries
½ cup chopped nuts
½ of a 10 oz. Pkg. White chocolate chips
½ tsp dried lemon peel

Make a tag and attach to the jar.

White Chocolate Cherry Cookie Mix (to Make)

Beat ½ cup softened butter in large
mixing bowl for 30 seconds. Add ingredients from
jar and stir until well combined. Drop by rounded
teaspoonful onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes at 365 degrees F.
