Creamed Green Bean and Dumpling Soup

Ingredients:
•    4 Small Diced Potatoes
•    8 Cups of Water
•    1 Tbs. Salt
•    2 Cans Green Beans
•    2-3 Tbs. Flour
•    Splash of Cooking Oil
•    2 Eggs
•    2 Cups of Flour
•    1 Cup Cream

How to Make:
1.    Cook the potatoes into 8 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of salt until they are soft.
2.    Add 2 cans of green beans.
3.    Brown 2-3 tablespoons of flour in a little cooking oil.
4.    Make dumplings by mixing 2 cups of flour with 2 eggs and enough water to make a sticky dough.
5.    Drop by spoonfuls into boiling water.
6.    Stir in browned flour and one cup of cream.
7.    Reduce heat and serve.
