By the time you read this, I hope that you enjoyed your attendance at today's National Senior Health and Fitness Day at the Center for Health Improvement.
This informative program replaced our usual monthly Senior Social for May.
Moving into June, this is a reminder that the Hays Chapter of AARP will meet June 1 for a picnic at the North Frontier Park Rotary Pavilion at 11:30 a.m., and I'll provide "picnic music."
If you cannot keep your reservation, let your caller know or contact Alberta or me. You might want to bring a lawn chair, although there will be five unchained tables for eating.
One June 2, there will be a ribbon cutting at the Hays Med Senior Focused Care and Psychiatric Associates at 10 a.m. on the third floor of the Hadley Center, 205 E. Seventh. Refreshments and tours will be from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Someday, you might need this focus.
Our June CHI Senior Social will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. June 14. Come join us on Flag Day for bingo and red, white and blue refreshments.
