Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Baker, Marienthal, and Mr. and Mrs. John Karlin, Hays.
Grandparents of the couple are Louis and Betty Baker, Edwin Amrein, the late Pauline Amrein, Alfreda Karlin, the late Wilfric Karlin, Norbert and Donna Robben, and the late Theresa Robben.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Honor attendant was Alyssa Simon, sister of the bride. Attendants were Bridgette Carpenter, Angela Whalen, Jordan Karlin, Kendra Karlin and Danielle Dirks.
Best man was Tyson Dreiling, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Alex Barrett, Weston Robben, Jason Robben, Lyle Hammerschmidt and Chad Schmidtberger. Ushers were Garrett Baker, David Robben and Quincy Robben.
Flower girls were Elise Whalen, niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Sheldon Whalen, nephew of the bride.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Wichita County High School and a 2009 graduate of Fort Hays State University with a degree in elementary education. She is a substitute teacher in the Hays and Victoria school districts.
The bridegroom is a 2005 graduate of Victoria High School and a 2009 graduate of FHSU with a degree in agriculture. He is a farmer.
Following a wedding trip to Atlantis Resort in Nassua, Bahamas, the newlyweds are at home in Hays.
