Dane A. Flora

Dane A. Flora, 33, Hays, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, at Via Christi-St. Francis Medical Center, Wichita.

He was born Sept. 3, 1976, in Troy, Ohio, to Arlen Flora and Charlene E. (Garber) Finley.

He married Rebecca (Zodrow) on July 16, 2005, in Leoville.

He was an IT consultant for nine years at Brungardt-Hower and Associates, Hays.

He attended Liberty Christian Fellowship Church, Hays.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; his father, Arlen Flora and wife, Jane, Wichita; his mother, Charlene Finley, Wichita; his grandparents, Paul and Mildred (Metzger) Garber, Greenville, Ohio; a brother, Kenneth Flora and wife, Sarah, Wichita; two sisters, Raquel Brooks and husband, Richard, Salina, Jeanne Hackerott and husband, Aaron, Monte Vista, Colo.; his father and mother-in-law, Joseph and Renee (Shreve) Zodrow, Leoville; two sisters-in-law, Cassie Zodrow-Flipse and husband, Dave, and Aimee Zimmerman and husband, Mike, all of Oakley; and 15 nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cline's Mortuary of Hays, 1919 E. 22nd, Hays, KS 67601; burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Leoville.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, both at the mortuary.
