Fisher-Grandy

Raymond and Joleen Fisher, Hays, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Raleen Marie Fisher, to Christopher Lee Grandy, son of Gene Grandy, Wichita, and Terry and Arlene Werth, Hays.

Grandparents of the couple are Alvin Fisher and JoAnne Keller, both of Ellis, the late Anna Mary Fisher and LeRoy (Bud) Keller, Mae Heyen, Larned, Marvin and Dorothy Werth, Hays, and the late Edwin Heyen and Harold and Iva Mae Grandy.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Ellis High School and a graduate of Fort Hays State University. She is a media specialist at Nex-Tech, Hays.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian High School and North West Kansas Technical College, Goodland. He is a communications technician with RVW Inc., Columbus, Neb.

A June 5, 2010, wedding is planned at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Hays.
