Birthday

Twila Higgins, McCracken, formerly of Utica, will celebrate her 80th birthday Saturday with an open house from 2 to 5 p.m at McCracken Community Center, hosted by her children.

Her children are Doug Higgins and wife, Mary, Lyons, Rich Higgins and wife, Mary Lou, Lakin, Larry Higgins and wife, Melody, Riverton, Wyo., and Nancy Wiebe and husband, Mike, Blue Springs, Mo. She has 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
