Pat Brungardt

Pat Brungardt, 70, Windsor, Colo., died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, after a long and courageous battle with amyloidosis and MDS.  

She was born Feb. 4, 1939, in Victoria to Joe and Sally Dinkel.

She married Delbert G. Brungardt on June 6, 1957, in Hays.  He preceded her in death in August 2000. She was a daycare provider.

Survivors include three sons, Dale Brungardt and wife, Carol, Loveland, Colo., Kevin Brungardt and wife, Beth, Tuscon, Ariz., and Matt Brungardt and wife, Wanda, Windsor; three daughters, Glenda, Fort Collins, Colo., Sally and husband, Dennis, Windsor, and Brenda and fiance, Brad, Parker, Colo.; a brother, Kenneth Dinkel, Lakewood; five sisters, MaryAnn Doerfler, and Lily Meier, both of Hays, Dolores Trembly, WaKeeney, Joanne Steinert, Munjor, and Darlene Pfannenstiel, Shawnee Mission; and five grandchildren, Derek and Dustin Sielbach, Collin and Kohl Brungardt, all of Windsor, and Gus Brungardt, Tucson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Sally Dinkel.

Service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Our Lady of Valley Catholic Church, Windsor; inurnment in Lakeview Cemetery, Windsor.

A rosary will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at the church.
