Schmidt-Feldkamp

Charles and Alexia Schmidt, Hays, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Andrea Lynn Schmidt, to Larry Feldkamp, son of Lloyd and Rosie Feldkamp, Seneca.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and Kansas State University with a master's degree in family studies and human services. She is a 4-H youth development agent for Riley County K-State Research Extension.

The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Emporia State University with a bachelor's degree in industrial arts and a graduate of FHSU with a master's degree in industrial arts. He is employed at the Riley County Parks Department.

A May 1, 2010, wedding is planned at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Manhattan.
