Shapland-Noterman

Mark and Leah Shapland, Dighton, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lacey Rae Shapland, to Nicholas James Noterman, son of Randy and Sheri Noterman, Niwot, Colo.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Dighton High School and Fort Hays State University. She is an agricultural Extension agent in Haskell County.

The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Niwot High School, Northeastern Junior College, Sterling, Colo., and FHSU. He is a fertilizer and seed consultant and salesman for Tri-Rotor Crop services, Ulysses.

A Nov. 7, 2009, wedding is planned at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Dighton.
