Ellis County Commission will meet Monday

The Ellis County Commission will meet at 6:45 p.m. Monday at the Ellis County Courthouse with the following business.

* The commission will open proposals for the possible purchase of a wheel loader and grapple fork.

* Public Works Administrator Mike Graf will discuss the Kansas Department of Transportation five-year plan for the county as well as other departmental issues.

* Health Administrator Butch Schlyer, Information Technology Director Mike Leiker and EMS Director Kerry McCue will present monthly reports. Following their reports, Leiker and McCue will receive department head evaluations.

* Ellis County Treasurer Mickey Billinger will discuss the investment performance report and office matters.

* Austin Peters Group Senior Consultant Marla Flentje will further discuss the county administrator position.

* Russtin Weese will discuss road problems in Munjor.

* Harold Kraus will discuss the release of property from a conditional-use permit.

* Township reorts will be reviewed.
