Victoria council will meet Monday

The Victoria City Council will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall. On the agenda: Jim Pfanenstiel will discuss a community center; department head reports; old business discussions on recycling and water project change orders. New business includes discussions on a Community Development Block Grant payment request, a contractors license application and an evaluation of City Superintendent Julius Windholz.
