Hays City Manager Toby Dougherty announced the appointment of Jeff Crispin as the new director of water resources for the city. Crispin currently is serving as the interim director of water resources.
“Jeff has excelled as interim director,” Dougherty said. “Under his leadership, the Water Resources Department will continue to improve.”
Crispin started his employment with the city of Hays on Oct. 26, 2015, as the assistant director of water resources before being named interim director in April 2017. Before joining the city, Crispin worked for more than 22 years in retail management. He received his bachelor of art degree in business administration from Fort Hays State University.
