NORTON — Patient records of former Norton chiropractor Craig Rogers have been placed in the custody of the clinic's new owner, Terry Crow, according to information from the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts.

Rogers surrendered his chiropractic license last week after he was cited by the state board for providing patient care with an inactive license.

According to state documents, Rogers’ chiropractic license had been inactive since November 2016.

From that time until April, he provided chiropractic adjustments to more than 700 patients at his Norton clinic, according to the order from the healing arts board. Rogers could apply for license reinstatement in the future, but will have a three-year waiting period.

Crow is also a chiropractor and will be at the same location, 204 E. Washington, Norton. The office clerk in charge of patient records is Angie Feldt.
