The Center for Improvement at Hays Medical Center is offering a fun, yet challenging workout for you and your canine companion. Personal trainer Paul and his dog, Kaiba, will lead participants through a weekly workout on the fitness trail at HaysMed.
Each session includes cardiovascular training/drills, strength training and core conditioning. The sessions are from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays starting Sept. 14 and continue through Nov. 2. The class meets at the east side of the Center for Health Improvement.
All fitness levels and dog breeds are welcome. Dogs must have a leash and be well-socialized. Water will be provided.
