Undefeated. Twenty-one MIAA selections. Top seed in the region. Yeah, it’s been a great season so far for the Fort Hays State University football team.

But things aren’t quite over yet. The Tigers host an NCAA Division II playoff game Saturday — the first time FHSU has hosted a postseason game in DII history.

And the 11-0 mark, yeah, that’s the best ever as well.

It’s been one heck of a ride so far for the Tigers, who hope to eventually reach Children’s Mercy Park in Kansas City, Kan. — the site of this year’s national title game in December.

The postseason begins at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25 at Lewis Field Stadium.
